Wind Energy Off-Take Agreements

We develop and structure bilateral off-take agreements directly with wind project owners and developers across the United States. Our primary market is Southern California, where we have established relationships with wind resource owners in the Tehachapi, San Gorgonio, and Coachella Valley corridors.

Bilateral Power Purchase Agreements

Direct bilateral PPAs between wind generators and commercial or industrial offtakers — bypassing utility intermediaries to deliver below-market wind energy at fixed, long-term rates. We structure agreements from 5MW to 500MW.

Virtual PPAs (VPPAs)

Financial contracts that allow commercial buyers to claim renewable energy attributes without physical delivery. VPPAs enable Fortune 500 companies to meet RE100 and Scope 2 commitments while supporting new wind development.

Wind Resource Assessment

Proprietary wind resource data analysis, capacity factor modeling, and P50/P90 energy yield assessments. We evaluate wind projects using 20+ years of meteorological data and modern mesoscale modeling tools.

Developer Partnerships

We partner with wind project developers to structure off-take agreements that enable project financing. Our track record with lenders and tax equity investors accelerates the path from development to financial close.

Portfolio Aggregation

For buyers requiring large renewable portfolios, we aggregate multiple wind off-take agreements across geographies to deliver 24/7 renewable matching, geographic diversity, and volume at scale.
